The information regarding our upcoming spring / summer basketball tournaments: Milwaukee Spring Shootout and the Midwest Challenge #4 are two of the most competitive and well attended Boys and Girls basketball tournaments in Wisconsin. I hope that you will be able and are interested in attending. We look forward to having your team(s) at the event.
We had 134 teams attend and participate in the 2008 Milwaukee Spring Shootout tournament. The competition is tough and we are looking to assemble and host another star studded event.
We had 96 teams attend the 2008 Midwest Challenge #3 tournament. This is always a good event to tune up for Nationals and the July live period for a lot of quality traveling teams.
The tournament games will be held at Milwaukee Pius High School located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There will be a full concessions area with an air conditioned facility with 4 courts. The tournament is being hosted by Wisconsin Playground and the Smith Sports Founder - Coach Jeff "Money" Smith.
We have had teams from Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin attend our tournaments the past few years. Mutli-team discounts are available for three or more teams attending. We expect an even larger number of teams competing this year. Get in early before the brackets are filled up. We had to turn away teams the last two weeks before both actual event deadlines.
The competition will be here and I'm sure that you will want to attend these events annually.
Our tournaments are a $200 team entry fee with a 3 game guarantee. All boys and girls teams are welcome to attend. One team trophy for 1st and 2nd place finishers and individual trophies for all players on the 1st place finishers in each age group will be given out.
